Catch Ball
Catch Ball is using the Lean Strategic Planning tool (Hoshin Kanri) on a smaller level. Hoshin Kanri applies Lean principles and practices for Strategic Planning or Policy Deployment. Hoshin Kanri expanding Lean beyond Manufacturing and Service Operations; and puts Lean into Design, Procurement, Finance and Sales and Marketing.
This workshop will touch upon:
- Introduction to Hoshin Kanri
- Foundation of Hoshin
- The Hoshin Kanri Process
- Tools of Hoshin
- Management Role
Case Examples and Hands on Exercises
Prerequisite: None.
