Emerald Valley High Performance Enterprise Consortium – Lean Cafe

There is no charge to members nor to non-members and companies can send as many people as they want (no 5 person limit). Light snacks will be provided. The format includes a brief introduction, including information on upcoming EVHPEC events followed by presentations by member company employees of a Lean project they have completed to improve their organization. This is a great opportunity for novice and expert Lean practitioners alike to see how Lean is being used by local companies to drive improvement, increase competitiveness and influence bottom-line results.
Lean Cafe – Learning and Networking Event
This will be a great opportunity to connect with like-minded Lean companies and business folks.This lean café will showcase Lean projects complete by EV-HPEC members. You’ll have the opportunity to rotate among the round tables.

Emerald Valley High Performance Enterprise Consortium (EV-HPEC) is a Lane County learning network increasing business competitiveness by sharing and applying lean principles, practices, and tools.
EV-HPEC supports organizations to:
- Instill learning in the principles of lean and high performance;
- Provide education and training for the implementation of lean methods, lean culture, and workforce development;
- Collaborate in solving common problems for improving lean practices;
- Promote continuous improvement and reduction of waste; and
- Promote the health and sustainability of member businesses.
