Benefits of Participation
Whether you are a company just discovering Lean/ High-Performance strategies and wanting to learn more or a company that has been living and breathing Lean for years, you are welcome participants in this group.
EV-HPEC is modeled on a successful group in the Portland area, the Northwest High-Performance Enterprise Consortium. The concept of the group is a peer-driven learning network where like-minded companies and individuals share best practices in Lean/High-Performance practices, benchmark successes, and network with one another.
Learning activities include structured learning tours, training classes, guest speakers, executive forums, and special interest groups.
Organizations and individuals with all levels of experience are welcome. We have member companies who have been practicing Lean/Continuous Improvement for years who are focusing on sustaining their efforts. We also have those who are just beginning to learn the principles, methods, and tools they can utilize to improve their organization.
